It's like shopping, but you don't spend any money
Well, I just upgraded my cell phone. It's not much of an upgrade, since I got the free model (the "current" phone in my old phone's line was $80, and I wasn't going to do that). On the other hand, the new phone uses all my old accessories, and (important thing) does not have a spider crack in the screen's faceplate.
Given that the old thing lasted me two years without a scratch, I have to wonder what I did to it at GenCon to dent it like that. Ah, well, at least I got to get a new "toy" without spending money or incurring debt. The newness is still good even without much improvedness.
And, in case any of my friends were wondering, it should still be the same old number.
