accomplishedI was weighed and measured at Curves last night. You're supposed to do that each month for tracking purposes. I skipped reposting on the July measurement because the results were, um, unimpressive.
I came in at 288 last night, which is 10 less than last month. So, um, whee, progress, of a sort. I'm refusing to obsess over numbers at this stage, but it's something.
