I just went into the break room to refresh my tea. It had become cold due to a long customer call.

As I stepped through the door, I overheard my boss's boss exclaiming:

I'll only use a word if it begins with 'f'! Like firetruck -- begins with an 'f', ends with a '-u-c-k'!

I don't even want to know where that conversation started out.
